Users' personal data is processed on cloud infrastructure servers whose physical location may vary across the Americas, Europe, and Asia depending on the automatic allocation performed by the cloud service provider, without any direct intervention by SHIBARI-DOJO over such allocation.

SHIBARI-DOJO does not formally declare itself subject to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) of the European Union or to the equivalent legislation of the United Kingdom, as it does not have an establishment in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom.

Nonetheless, as a matter of its own policy and in respect of its users' rights, SHIBARI-DOJO extends to users located in the EEA and the United Kingdom the same substantive rights set forth in Section 6.1 of this Policy, which may be exercised through the Website's contact form.

In the event that, for any reason, the GDPR or other European data protection legislation were deemed applicable, the user may exercise their rights under such legislation through the same channel.
